Ryan Duvall Car Accident: 18-year-old Ryan Duvall killed in single-vehicle crash in Baltimore County

A tragic single-vehicle crash in Baltimore County late Friday night claimed the life of 18-year-old Ryan Duvall and left three juveniles injured, according to local authorities.

Police responded to the scene around 9:45 p.m. at the intersection of Poplar Hill Road and Merrymans Mill Road after receiving reports of a serious collision. When officers arrived, they found a vehicle that had been traveling southbound on Poplar Hill Road had left the roadway and crashed into a tree.

Emergency crews pronounced Ryan Duvall dead at the scene.

Authorities said the driver, who was a juvenile, and another juvenile passenger both suffered life-threatening injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment.

A third juvenile passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was also transported to the hospital for evaluation.

At this time, investigators have not confirmed what caused the vehicle to leave the road. Officials have not released any information regarding potential contributing factors such as speed, impairment, or roadway conditions.

The Baltimore County Police Department continues to investigate as they work to determine the circumstances that led to the deadly crash.
