The Kirkwood, Queensland, community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Ava Lamb, a 19-year-old young woman whose life was tragically cut short following a single-vehicle crash near Gladstone.

Ava, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was tragically killed in the collision.
The driver, a 23-year-old man from Machine Creek, and another passenger, a 20-year-old woman from Mount Larcom, sustained minor injuries and were transported to Gladstone Hospital for medical treatment.
