A tragic accident on Interstate 35 in Murray County claimed the life of 19-year-old Lani Hicks from Ardmore late Saturday night. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), the incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. near the Davis and Sulphur area.
OHP officials reported that Hicks was sitting in the front passenger seat of a vehicle traveling down I-35 when she fell from the moving car. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The vehicle reportedly had five people inside at the time.
